The early days of my professional career were spent in Banking and Finance, before I transitioned to advertising. I started my own career journey in executive search and coaching back in 2000. I developed my senior leadership career in publicly listed and private advisory firms and worked alongside some exceptional people who mentored me to master my own craft in executive search and career coaching. In 2013 I launched Peter William Partners, a specialist executive search firm. As Managing Director, I had a vision to create an authentic, values-based organisation that shared our client’s passion to attract and develop great leaders.
